Hyatt aportará a Piñero unos 450 USD millones por Bahía Príncipe

Hyatt, según ha vuelto a adelantar ‘Desarrollo’, pagará al Grupo Piñero unos 450 millones de dólares por Bahía Príncipe por el 50 por ciento de la gestión y marca de Bahía Príncipe.

El grupo radicado en Chicago divide este abono en un fijo de alrededor de 390 millones de dólares al que añadirá otros cerca de 65 millones de cumplirse ciertos objetivos.

La operación, avanzada por ‘Desarrollo’ cinco días antes de que ambos gigantes de los resorts caribeños la hicieran oficial, ha sido la de mayor volumen en los últimos años en el segmento vacacional de todo el mundo.
